IIThis site is all about the equipment I use to brew my own beer, and how I use it.
My brewery is a HERMS system. That means it's a bit different to the equipment the majority of homebrewers in the UK use to brew their beer. The process is almost the same but the equipment is just a little different. Having a HERMS brewery doesn't necessarily mean I can brew better beer than the more traditional homebrew method but it is more fun, to me anyway!
